FAQ’s

How do I schedule?

We will gladly help you schedule an appointment over the phone by calling 440-457-7466, or you can use our online booking system. Please note that we DO NOT book appointments through email or Facebook/Instagram messages. Due to the time sensitive nature of our business, we also DO NOT accept cancellations via email or social media messages. You must call the salon or cancel online if you need to cancel your appointment. 

What if I'm a new client?

We are happy to welcome you to It's So You Salon & Suites! Please allow a few minutes to park. If you've never been in, please stop in and say hi! We'd love to show you around!

How do I pay?

We accept plastic (Visa, Discover, MasterCard,  American Express) and cash. No personal checks, please. We greatly appreciate your tips in cash. 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We sell gift cards, you can purchase them in person or over the phone. We are happy to ship your gift card to you or the recipient of your choice. Please note that we do not replace or honor lost or stolen gift cards.

Do you offer bridal or group packages?

We sure do! Please call us for information and pricing.

POLICIES:

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice when cancelling a reservation. Appointments missed without prior notice or phone call will result in a service fee. You will receive appointment reminders both 48 hours and 24 hours in advance, to help avoid any scheduling issues. If your stylist isn't coming in on your day of scheduled service, we will notify you as quickly as possible. 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any completed services or products. We offer exchanges on products that are unopened within 10 days of purchase date. 

Running Late

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are 15 minutes late. We try to accommodate everyone, but we try our best to stay on schedule for all of our clients.

Pricing

All of our hair services have "starts at" pricing. If you would like to know the exact price of your service, we recommend scheduling a consultation with one of our stylists.  Services are subject to price adjustment based on time, length of hair, and products used.
